Forum RulesIn this revision of the forum rules, I'm not going to be explaining every rule. The last set of rules were basically explaining common sense, and we want the forums to be a little more laid back rather than being a prison. - Use forum common sense. Don't post stuff that's really bad, or something that's just plain stupid, or something that you know will get your post removed.
- Trolling and flaming is fine - just don't do it too much, or too extensively.
- Don't post misleading information.
That's basically it. It's nice having moderated forums, but I think we're missing the competition and rivalry between the different CTF teams and players. I think, what's important, is to have helpful people contributing to places where it's needed (ie. Help and Support), and then you can have a little bit of a laugh and a joke in the other sections. Summary: don't be a complete idiot. But trolling and a little controlled flaming is perfectly fine. Bump: we've changed the forum rules to make them less restricting. The forum rules were very straining and people were getting suspended for a lot of minor offences which isn't cool, so we're changing that. Forum moderators: you'll be receiving a full new briefing soon.
